化疗后甲损害(nail disorders caused by chemotherapy)，引起甲损害的原因很多，除一些皮肤病之外，某些系统性疾病，如红斑狼疮、心肺疾患、甲状腺功能低下、Addison病等也常伴有甲损害。另外，一些药物，如抗肿瘤的化疗药物等亦可引起甲异常。
