Marshall-White综合征(Marshall-White syndrome) 是手掌和足背皮肤因血管痉挛而显示的缺血性白斑. 多见于有精神神经质的中年男性。
诊断要点：
1. 手背、手掌及足背出现淡白斑，直径2-4mm, 当上肢下垂一段时间后手背、前臂淡白色斑疹更明显;
2. 上举上肢后皮疹很快消退。
治疗要点：
无特效治疗方法。
